Data Deletion / Offboarding Policy

1. Offboarding Request

A tenant admin can request offboarding by contacting admin@joinhub.io from the account email address.

2. Export Before Deletion

JoinHub provides tenant-level export tools so data can be downloaded before deletion.

Tenants are responsible for retaining records required by their legal obligations.

3. Deletion Window

After offboarding confirmation, platform data is queued for deletion from active systems and routine backup rotation according to operational retention schedules.

4. Confirmation

Deletion completion is confirmed via email to the requesting tenant admin.
