We do not require a physical postal address for legal communications; policy and privacy communications are handled via email at admin@joinhub.io.

Data is used to provide tenancy isolation, user authentication, billing operations, support, service monitoring, and security.
We use data only for platform operation and legitimate business interests required to provide the service.
3. Data Sharing and Processors
We share data only with subprocessors required to deliver the service, such as payment processing and infrastructure providers.
We do not sell customer personal data.
4. Security
JoinHub applies access controls, authentication safeguards, and tenant-level data separation.
No platform can guarantee absolute security; tenants are responsible for secure credentials and role management.
5. Data Rights
Tenants can request correction, export, and deletion actions through platform tooling and support.
