1. Service Scope

JoinHub provides software tools for tenant administration, member management, billing workflows, and related support features.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Tenants are responsible for lawful use, account security, user permissions, and data accuracy entered into the platform.

3. Fees and Billing

Subscription fees are billed according to the selected package and applicable payment configuration.

Failure to maintain payment may result in service restrictions according to billing status rules.

4. Suspension and Termination

JoinHub may suspend access for non-payment, abuse, or policy violations.

Offboarding and deletion expectations are set out in the Data Deletion / Offboarding Policy.
